This is how Hineva sends email. It covers every message we send that mentions gethineva.com or any other domain we operate, and applies to everyone sending on our behalf.

The email we send

We send business-to-business outreach to business contact addresses. These are commercial messages. We describe them accurately rather than disguising what they are.

Rules we hold to

• Business addresses only. Our outreach does not go to personal or consumer addresses.
• Every message carries an unsubscribe link. It is present and it works.
• Opt-out is immediate and permanent. Once someone asks us to stop, we stop, and the address is never contacted again.
• Replying is enough. No one has to look for a link. A reply asking us to stop has the same effect.
• Honest identification. Our real company name and a working reply address appear in every message. We never forge headers or conceal the sender.
• No affiliates or third-party senders. Nobody else may send email advertising our domains or products.
• No purchased consumer lists. We do not buy consumer data.
• Low volume on purpose. We send at a controlled rate rather than in bulk.

What we never do

• Contact an address after being asked to stop
• Sell, rent or share our contact data with others
• Hide the true origin of a message
• Use a deceptive sender name, reply address or subject line

Abuse reports go to admin@hineva.com. The mailbox is monitored and we treat every report as something to fix.
